Hi, I’m Sorcha, an ADHD Advanced Coach working with highly driven women in leadership who appear to have it all together, yet behind the scenes, everything feels harder than it should.

They are capable, intelligent and experienced but they are constantly battling overwhelm, second guessing themselves and pushing through exhaustion just to keep up.

Many have recently been diagnosed with ADHD or are beginning to question whether there is a reason things have always felt this difficult.

I know this because I lived it.

I was born and raised in Dublin and grew up being told I had potential, if only I would apply myself and try harder.

Like many of the women I now work with, I learned to push through without ever understanding how my brain actually worked.

I found focus and discipline in ballet, which I trained in for 14 years, but in most other areas I felt inconsistent, distracted and unsure of my direction.

At 18, while my friends headed to university, I chose a different path.  I moved to Paris and later built an international career across Europe, North America and Australia progressing into senior leadership roles in telecoms and IT, leading large-scale programmes, managing cross-functional teams and delivering in high-pressure environments. But behind the scenes, it came at a cost.

I masked and overcompensated. I relied on pressure and adrenaline to perform, which inevitably led to burnout.

And over time, the burnouts became harder to recover from.

It was through the process of the ADHD assessments for each of my sons that something started to ring true for me.

In 2023, at 47, I was diagnosed myself.

For the first time, I understood not just what I had struggled with, but why.

Working with an ADHD coach gave me something traditional leadership development never had, a way to understand my brain and work with it, rather than constantly fighting against it.

Book a discovery call with me to see how I could help you.

The women I work with experience reduced overwhelm and mental load, clearer decision-making, stronger boundaries, greater confidence in their leadership and the ability to perform at a high level without burning out.

I am also a proud mum of two neurodivergent sons (ADHD & Autism/PDA), which means this work is both professional and deeply personal. I bring lived experience, corporate insight and coaching expertise to support individuals and organisations in navigating ADHD in a way that is practical, informed and grounded in real-world demands.

Because success should not feel this hard. And it does not have to continue this way.
