No. Lots of the women I work with are self identified or in the middle of assessment. If you recognise yourself in ADHD traits and you want support, we can start there. If you are unsure, we can use the discovery call to talk it through.
Coaching is forward focused and practical. We work on goals, habits, systems, boundaries and ways of working that support you day to day. Therapy is often more about healing, processing and mental health treatment. Coaching can sit alongside therapy, but it is not a replacement for clinical support.

The coaching sessions are the same. The enhanced package adds between session support so you can get help in the moment when you are stuck, spiralling or trying to follow through on a plan.
A Power Hour is a focused one off session to help you get unstuck quickly. It is great if you have one pressing issue and you want clarity and a plan without committing to a full package.
This is perfect if you are stuck on one specific challenge like overwhelm, procrastination, planning your week, decision making or having a difficult conversation. We break it down together and create a clear, brain friendly plan so you know exactly what to do next.
