ADHD Coaching for Women Who Carry a Lot

Many of the women I work with are leading teams, managing complex responsibilities and supporting everyone around them, while quietly struggling themselves.

They are intelligent, capable and successful, yet often exhausted from the constant effort it takes to stay on top of everything.

For many, there was a point where they could just about keep the plates spinning. Sheer determination, adrenaline and hard work got them through. Then menopause arrived and the strategies that had always held things together stopped working often quite suddenly. Fluctuating hormones during perimenopause and menopause directly affect the very brain chemicals that ADHD already makes harder to regulate. What once felt manageable began to unravel, and the overwhelming question became: why can't I do what I used to be able to do?

Many have already worked with leadership coaches, mentors or development programmes. While these experiences can be valuable, they are typically designed around conventional approaches to productivity, performance and behaviour change. For women with ADHD, that often means they leave with useful insights but still struggle to put them into practice consistently.

The missing piece is understanding how your brain actually works.

Grounded in neuroscience, specialist ADHD training and hundreds of hours of coaching experience, this work goes far beyond generic productivity advice. Instead of asking why you can't follow the systems that seem to work for everyone else, we explore what genuinely works for your brain.

I also know this because I lived it. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 47, and it changed everything.

What is ADHD coaching and what does it actually involve?

ADHD coaching is practical, strengths based support that helps you understand how your brain works and build strategies that fit your life. We look at what is getting in the way right now, what patterns keep repeating and what will make the biggest difference with the least friction. You will leave sessions with clear next steps, not a long list of things you feel you should do.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

No. Lots of the women I work with are self identified or in the middle of assessment. If you recognise yourself in ADHD traits and you want support, we can start there. If you are unsure, we can use the discovery call to talk it through.

How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Coaching is forward focused and practical. We work on goals, habits, systems, boundaries and ways of working that support you day to day. Therapy is often more about healing, processing and mental health treatment. Coaching can sit alongside therapy, but it is not a replacement for clinical support.

Who is your coaching best suited for?

It is a great fit if you are a high achieving woman leader who is tired of forcing yourself through life on hard mode. Especially if menopause, burnout, stress or a late diagnosis has made your old coping strategies stop working.

Can coaching help with work performance, leadership and confidence?

Yes. We can work on planning, prioritising, follow through, communication, boundaries and decision making. We also tackle the inner stuff that shows up at work like imposter syndrome, perfectionism and the constant sense that you are behind.

What happens in the first session?

If you are booking a package, the first session is a 90 minute deep dive. We get clear on what you want to change, what is happening underneath it and what support will help most. You will leave with a clearer picture of your patterns and a practical plan for what we focus on first.

How many sessions will I need and how long does coaching last?

Most clients choose a structured block because change takes time and repetition. My core package is 12 sessions completed within 6 months. That gives enough space to build momentum, adjust what is not working and make the changes stick.

How often do we meet?

Usually weekly or fortnightly. We will pick a rhythm that matches your capacity and the level of support you want.

Do you offer online coaching sessions?

Yes. Coaching is delivered online and it works really well. Many clients find it easier because there is no travel and you can do it from a space that feels safe and familiar.

What is included in the ADHD Coaching Package?

What is included in the ADHD Enhanced Coaching Package?

Everything in the ADHD Coaching Package, plus WhatsApp text or voice note support Monday to Friday. It is ideal if you want extra accountability and support between sessions.

What is the difference between the standard and enhanced packages?

The coaching sessions are the same. The enhanced package adds between session support so you can get help in the moment when you are stuck, spiralling or trying to follow through on a plan.

What is a Power Hour and when is it the best option?

A Power Hour is a focused one off session to help you get unstuck quickly. It is great if you have one pressing issue and you want clarity and a plan without committing to a full package.

What is an ADHD Focus Session and what can we cover in it?

This is perfect if you are stuck on one specific challenge like overwhelm, procrastination, planning your week, decision making or having a difficult conversation. We break it down together and create a clear, brain friendly plan so you know exactly what to do next.

How much does coaching cost and what are the payment options?

ADHD Coaching Package: £1,800 upfront or 6 monthly payments of £315.

ADHD Enhanced Coaching Package: £2,160 upfront or 6 monthly payments of £375.

ADHD Focus Session: £275.
