A video. An article. Your child’s diagnosis.
And suddenly, you see your own story staring back at you.
That moment is powerful - but now what?
The space between suspicion and diagnosis.
Between “something’s not right” and “now I get it.”

An 8-step roadmap from "I think I might have ADHD" to understanding what comes next

This guide gives you:
Clarity (without the internet overwhelm)
Validation (from someone who gets it)
Next steps (not just “go speak to your GP”)
You’re the ‘together one’ at work—but can’t remember what day it is
You’ve built success on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and sheer willpower
You’re exhausted from holding it all in and still wondering, “Is it just me?”
I work with senior women in leadership who are smart, capable, and constantly under pressure to perform, often without the support or understanding they truly need. Many have recently been diagnosed with ADHD, or strongly
suspect they have it, after years of quietly struggling behind the scenes and wondering, “Why is this so much harder for me?”
That was me, too. I spent two decades in fast-paced corporate roles, juggling intense workloads and high expectations, managing it all through sheer effort, grit, and determination, while secretly thinking I was never good enough. But when menopause hit, everything that had “just
about worked” suddenly didn’t. The wheels came off. I felt disoriented, isolated, completely overwhelmed and my confidence began to unravel.
That’s what led me to my ADHD diagnosis. Soon after, I started working with an ADHD coach and for the first time, I found the crucial missing piece that traditional leadership coaching had never provided. With that support, I finally understood how my brain was wired, and how to
work with it, instead of constantly beating myself up.
Now, as an ADHD Coach and Mentor, and proud mum of two neurodivergent sons (ADHD and Autism/PDA), I help other highly driven women navigate that same turning point. Together, we’ll uncover what truly matters to you, identify what’s getting in the way, and build tools and strategies that support your unique, brilliant brain.
This work isn’t about fixing you, because you were never broken. It’s about helping you live a calmer life, with more clarity, more confidence, and much more ease.
